Acceptance
By creating an account on the Campeão Sec platform, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the services. Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
Service description
Campeão Sec provides B2B digital identity infrastructure, comprising: (i) KYC identity verification service (document + selfie + liveness + anti-fraud); and (ii) CPF and CNPJ registry data lookups. Access is via API, with a prepaid credit model purchased through the client portal. There is no minimum contract or monthly fee.
Registration and account
To use the services, you must create an account with true and up-to-date information.
The user is fully responsible for safeguarding and keeping their credentials (API Keys and password) confidential. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to suporte@campeaosec.com.
Only one account per company is allowed. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or policies may result in suspension.
Credits and payment
Services are billed by consumption, through prepaid credits. The balance is credited instantly after payment confirmation.
Credits never expire. The balance remains available indefinitely while the account is active.
Credits already consumed are non-refundable. For unconsumed credits upon account closure, refer to the refund policy in effect at the time of the request.
Acceptable use
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Mass scraping or queries outside the contracted volume
- Reselling or sublicensing API access to third parties
- Using the services for illegal purposes or purposes that violate third-party rights
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security mechanisms
- Sharing API Keys with unauthorized parties
API and integrations
Rate limit: the default limit is 100 req/s per API Key. Limits may be adjusted upon request.
SLA: we commit to 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
API Keys: the client is responsible for the use of their API Keys. Misuse resulting from compromised credentials is the client’s responsibility.
End-user data
The client (the contracting party) is the data controller for its end users, responsible for obtaining the necessary consents and ensuring the legality of processing. Campeão Sec acts as a data processor, processing data exclusively according to the client’s instructions and for the contracted purpose. Data processing agreements (DPA) are available upon request.
Intellectual property
The platform, the Campeão Sec brand, technical documentation, SDKs, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Campeão Sec. Use of the services does not grant the client any rights over the platform’s intellectual property, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license necessary for API integration and consumption.
Limitation of liability
Campeão Sec is not responsible for business, hiring, credit, or any other decisions made by the client based on the results returned by the lookups. The returned data reflects the information available in the consulted sources at the time of the request. Campeão Sec’s liability is limited to the value of the credits consumed in the request that caused any service failure.
Termination
The client may close their account at any time through the client portal.
Campeão Sec may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, without prior notice in cases of serious violation (fraud, illegal use, security compromise).
For minor violations, an email notification will be sent with a 5-business-day period to resolve the issue before suspension.
Changes to the terms
Campeão Sec may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 calendar days in advance. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. The version history is available on this page.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The parties elect the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo — SP as competent to resolve any disputes arising from this instrument, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
